This is a tribute painting for Qing Han also known as Qinni. She passed from this world on Feb 10, 2020. She was one of those artists that impacted the world through her art but also with her soul. She was always generous with her techniques and knowledge for fellow artists but she was equally famous for her straight forward way of replying to ignorant internet comments. Whether it be companies asking her to work for free or people making awkward comments, her responses would always be what we could only wish we could say out loud lol.
Qinni will always be a perfect example of how to interact with your fans. This explains the massive outpouring and continued tributes for her even to this day. She was a leader on DeviantArt and the creator of the “Crying in a Puddle” Meme (which I paid tribute with the signature in this painting).
Her contributions to this world will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace, Qing Han.
